13 Jul Make processes visible with Media Statuses

With the new Media Statuses, anyone – including Guests – can mark items in a Screening Room with a visible tag, in order to signal a particular processing status the item may be in. A simple but effective aid to the review & approval process and editorial department interactions.

We have 6 possible statuses to choose from, each associated with color for quicker recognition, corresponding to the most common conditions in a workflow. Statuses can be assigned either individually, using the options button on the media card, or in groups, using the same command on the toolbar. Media can be singled out by status using a new filter on the toolbar, and also sorted by status.
