  Drag assets from the Media pool of a Work onto a Delivery, or paste them into a new one. No exports and no intermediate copies: content leaves the archive exactly as it was preserved.

  Power Guests, the sales role of Mnemonica Archive, prepare Deliveries with content from the Works assigned to them. A manager approves, asks for changes or rejects before anything is sent.

• Every recipient on the record

  For each recipient you see when the Delivery arrived and when it was downloaded. No more wondering whether the files got there.

• Who, what and when

  Every status change is logged with its date, its author and any message, from Draft to Pending to Approved or Rejected. The History keeps every Delivery you have sent and received.

  Every Delivery has an expiration date, set with a slider when you add the recipients. Access closes on schedule, without anyone having to remember to revoke it.
