one title, one home
One title, every cut, every master
A Work gathers everything that belongs to a film or a TV show, organised so that anyone on your team finds the same file in the same place.
Problem
A finished title rarely lives in one place. Masters sit on a shelf of drives, DCPs at the lab, trailers in somebody’s inbox, stills in a shared folder. When a buyer asks what you have, the answer starts with a search party.
Solution
In Mnemonica Archive every film or TV show is a Work, organised in four levels: the title and its metadata, the Versions of the cut, typed Packages such as DCP, IMF, Audio or Marketing, and the files inside them. One place per title, and everyone on your team sees the same thing.
no data without meta
Built the way titles really exist
A structure that follows the life of a film, from the original cut to the last censored version.
Zero-typing metadata
Fetch title, director, cast, crew, synopsis and poster from The Movie Database (TMDB) in a few clicks, in the language you choose. When a title is not listed, type the metadata in yourself.
Every cut, its own Version
Original version, director’s cut, a censored edit for television, a dubbed release: each Version keeps its own files and its own metadata. Select several Versions at once to see their content side by side.
Packages that say what they hold
DCP, IMF, Audio, Marketing, Document, Image Sequence and more. A typed Package tells your team at a glance what each Version contains. Import a DCP or an IMF from its ASSETMAP, and its name and technical data fill themselves in.
Answer the buyer’s question
Which films by this director, released before 2000, have a DCP ready? Filter your Works by people, genre, language, country, release date and the Packages they contain, and get the answer in a few clicks.
Byte-for-byte certainty
Every file carries its SHA-256, xxHash64 and CRC32C checksums, and Mnemonica Gate verifies every transfer automatically. Prove that a copy is identical to the archived master, years from now.
From archive to screen
Put trailers, screeners and stills in a Version’s Gallery and Mnemonica creates the streaming proxies, while the masters stay in the archive. Then send content onwards with Deliveries, or unlock your DCPs with KDMs generated in the platform.
